**Ingredients:**

– 2 lbs chicken breast

– 1 packet taco seasoning

– 1 cup salsa

– 1 cup chicken broth

– 1 cup sour cream

– 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

– 1 bag tortilla chips

– 1/4 cup green onions, chopped

– 1/4 cup black olives, sliced

– 1/4 cup jalapeรฑos, sliced (optional)

– 1 avocado, diced

– 1 tomato, diced

**Directions:**

1. Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.

2. Sprinkle taco seasoning over the chicken. Add salsa and chicken broth.

3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.

4. Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and mix in the sour cream.

5. Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).

6. Spread tortilla chips on a baking sheet, top with shredded chicken mixture, sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.

7. Bake for 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
