Materials
- 2 lbs chicken breast
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cheddar cheese

- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 1/4 cup green onions
chopped
- 1/4 cup black olives
sliced
- 1/4 cup jalapeños
sliced (optional)
- 1 avocado
diced
- 1 tomato
diced
Instructions
Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
Sprinkle taco seasoning over the chicken. Add salsa and chicken broth.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and mix in the sour cream.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Spread tortilla chips on a baking sheet, top with shredded chicken mixture, sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake for 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish with green onions, black olives, jalapeños, avocado, and tomato before serving.
