– 1/4 cup raisins (optional)

– 1/4 cup green olives, sliced

– 2 tablespoons olive oil

– 1 teaspoon cumin

– 1 teaspoon oregano

– Salt and pepper to taste

– 1/2 cup beef broth or water

– Fresh cilantro for garnish

Directions:
