– 2 large potatoes, peeled and cubed

– 1 bell pepper, diced
– 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, drained
– 1/4 cup raisins (optional)
– 1/4 cup green olives, sliced
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 teaspoon cumin
– 1 teaspoon oregano
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1/2 cup beef broth or water
– Fresh cilantro for garnish
Directions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic, sautรฉing until softened, about 2-3 minutes.
2. Increase the heat to medium-high and add the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spoon. Cook until browned.
