Materials

  • - 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • - 1/2 cup olive oil
  • - 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • - 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • - 1/4 cup freshly chopped parsley
  • - 3 tablespoons minced garlic
  • - 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
  • - 1 tablespoon honey
  • - 2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
  • - 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • - 4 steaks ribeye, sirloin, or your choice, about 1-inch thick

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, parsley, garlic, black pepper, honey, rosemary, and red pepper flakes until well combined.
  • Place the steaks in a large resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, making sure each steak is well coated.
  • Seal or cover, and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
  • Preheat grill to high heat. Remove steaks from the marinade, letting the excess drip off. Discard the remaining marinade.
  • Grill steaks for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.
  • Let the steaks rest for a few minutes before serving.
