In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, parsley, garlic, black pepper, honey, rosemary, and red pepper flakes until well combined.
Place the steaks in a large resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, making sure each steak is well coated.
Seal or cover, and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
Preheat grill to high heat. Remove steaks from the marinade, letting the excess drip off. Discard the remaining marinade.
Grill steaks for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.
Let the steaks rest for a few minutes before serving.
