**Ingredients:**

– 8 to 10 cabbage leaves

– 1 pound ground beef

– 1/4 cup onion, minced

– 1 cup cooked rice

– 1 egg, beaten

– 1 teaspoon garlic powder

– 1 teaspoon paprika

– Salt and pepper to taste

– 1 can (14 oz) tomato sauce

– 1 tablespoon brown sugar

– 2 tablespoons lemon juice

– 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

**Directions:**

1. Preheat your oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).

2. Blanch the cabbage leaves in boiling water for 2-3 minutes or until soft. Drain and set aside.

3. In a bowl, mix the ground beef, onion, rice, egg, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

4. Take a cabbage leaf, place a portion of the meat mixture in the center, and roll it up, tucking in the ends. Repeat with the remaining leaves.

5. Place the rolls seam side down in a baking dish.

6. In a separate bowl, mix the tomato sauce, brown sugar, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour this sauce over the cabbage rolls.

7. Cover with foil and bake for about 1 hour, or until the meat is cooked through.
