Ingredients
– 2 large potatoes, cut into fries
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
– 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1/4 cup sour cream
– 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
– 1 jalapeño, thinly sliced
– Salt to taste
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. Toss the cut potatoes with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, and salt until evenly coated.
3. Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, until crispy and golden.
4. Once baked, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the hot fries and return to the oven for another 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
