- - 2 large potatoes cut into fries
- - 2 tablespoons olive oil
- - 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- - 1/4 cup sour cream
- - 1/4 cup green onions chopped
- - 1 jalapeño thinly sliced
- - Salt to taste
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
Toss the cut potatoes with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, and salt until evenly coated.
Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, until crispy and golden.
