French Dip Biscuits Recipe: Refrigerated biscuits packed with roast beef, provolone, horseradish, then baked. When they’re heated, brush with melted butter. Serve with a serving of hot au jus. So delicious! Perfect for gatherings, tailgating, lunch, and supper.
Ingredients:
1 (16.3-oz) can refrigerated biscuits (8-count)
1 lb thinly sliced deli roast beef
2 Tbsp creamy horseradish sauce or to taste
8 slices provolone cheese
1 (1-oz) packet Au Jus Gravy mix
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Divide each biscuit into two layers. Spread horseradish sauce on each layer.
Cover the bottom half of the biscuit layers with a slice of provolone cheese and roast meat. Top the meat and cheese with the remaining biscuit layers, pinching the edges to close.
Place on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
While the biscuits bake, make the Au Jus Gravy mix according per the box directions.
