2 1/2 cups of flour
1 cup of warm water
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 tablespoon of milk powder
1 tablespoon of instant yeast

How to prepare it:
In a large bowl put a cup of flour, a cup of warm water, powdered milk, yeast, sugar and salt, then mix well and leave for 10 minutes.

Sprinkle the pizza with drops of olive oil and a sprinkle of thyme, then put the tray into the oven on medium heat until the pizza is cooked and the cheese melts
