We used chicken, sweet Italian sausage, cremini mushrooms, fontina cheese, and sliced red bell pepper to spice up our homemade chicken pizza.

- 2 1/2 cups of flour
- 1 cup of warm water
- 3 tablespoons of oil
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of milk powder
- 1 tablespoon of instant yeast
- Salt
How to prepare it:
In a large bowl put a cup of flour, a cup of warm water, powdered milk, yeast, sugar and salt, then mix well and leave for 10 minutes.
Add a cup and a half of flour and oil, then knead it well (the longer we knead, the more fragrant and light it became).
Wipe the dough with a little oil and let it sit for 5 minutes.
Pizza sauce:
3 tablespoons of tomato paste
Olive oil
1tsp Oregano
1tsp of thyme
Salt + black pepper
tomato puree approximately 2 pieces
mix well and leave it aside.
The method:
In a skillet over medium heat we put oil and sliced chicken breast, top with salt and black pepper and stir until it starts to take a golden color, then add a clove of mashed garlic and cumin and a sprinkle of fajitaspices(optional), then add diced onion
And the pepper colors slices and flip for 2 minutes and raise the fire.
Black and green olives sliced half cup mozzarella cheese
