Materials

  • - 1 lb ground beef 🥩
  • - 1 packet taco seasoning 🌮
  • - 1 can black beans 🥫 drained and rinsed
  • - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 🧀
  • - 3 green onions 🧅 chopped
  • - 24 won ton wrappers 🥟

Instructions

Preheat and Prepare:

  • - Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin to ensure the taco cupcakes don't stick.

Cook the Meat:

  • - In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • - Stir in the taco seasoning and cook according to the packet instructions. Once cooked, remove from heat.

Assemble the Cupcakes:

  • - Press a won ton wrapper into each muffin cup, allowing the edges to extend over the sides.
  • - Layer each won ton wrapper with a spoonful of taco meat, a spoonful of black beans, a sprinkle of cheddar cheese, and some chopped green onions.
