- - 5 eggs
- - 1 can 8 oz Pillsbury™ refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
- - 8 sausage links
- - 4 slices Cheddar cheese
- - Salt and pepper to taste
Prepare Eggs:
- In a small bowl, beat the eggs, reserving 2 tablespoons for brushing on the crescent rolls later.
- Scramble the remaining eggs in a skillet over medium heat until they are fully cooked. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
Prepare Crescent Rolls:
- Unroll the dough on a work surface and separate it into 8 triangles.
- Cut each cheese slice in half and place one half on each triangle.
- Top each triangle with a spoonful of scrambled eggs and one sausage link.
Roll and Assemble:
- Loosely roll up each triangle, starting from the wide end and rolling toward the point.
- Place the rolled-up triangles on an ungreased cookie sheet.
