  • - 4 peeled sliced potatoes
  • - 1/4 cup milk
  • - 1 packet French onion soup mix
  • - 1 can cream of onion soup
  • - 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • - Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat the Oven:

  • - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Season and Sear the Pork Chops:

  • - Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
  • - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the pork chops on each side until browned, then remove from the skillet and set aside.

Prepare the Soup Mixture:

  • - In a medium bowl, combine the cream of onion soup, French onion soup mix, and milk. Stir until well mixed.

Assemble the Casserole:

  • - Arrange the sliced potatoes evenly at the bottom of the greased baking dish.
