Materials

  • - 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • - 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • - 3 cups short cooking oats
  • - 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions

Prepare Pan:

  • - Grease a 9x9 inch square pan.

Cook Oat Mixture:
