Materials

  • - 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • - Salt and pepper to taste
  • - 1/4 cup honey
  • - 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • - 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • - 1 teaspoon garlic minced
  • - 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions

  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  • In a bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic, apple cider vinegar, and smoked paprika to create the marinade.
  • Coat the chicken breasts with the marinade and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • Grill the chicken for 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
