Materials

  • 3 pound pork loin not tenderloin
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  • Set the oven temperature to 375 degrees.
  • Place the loin of pork in the baking pan.
  • Apply a layer of garlic on the fat cap.
  • Combine the paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl and apply the mixture to the pork.
  • Cook until the pork reaches a temperature of 150–160 degrees, which should take 60–75 minutes.
