Economical Cake Recipe

- - 3 eggs
- - 180 g sugar
- - 180 g oil
- - 150 g milk
- - 1 cup of flour approximately 120 g
- - 6 g bicarbonate of soda baking soda
- - Butter for greasing the mold
Prepare the Cake Batter:
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs and sugar together until the mixture becomes pale and fluffy.
- Gradually add the oil while continuing to beat until fully incorporated.
- Slowly pour in the milk, mixing until well combined.
- Sift the flour and bicarbonate of soda together. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients, folding gently until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
Bake the Cake:
- Place the mold in the preheated oven and bake for about 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool in the mold for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
