  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • Butter for pan-frying

Instructions

  • Peel and slice the bananas into rounds, approximately 1/4 inch thick.
  • In a small bowl, mix honey, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add a small amount of butter.
  • Once the butter has melted, add the banana slices in a single layer.
  • Fry for 1-2 minutes or until the bottom of the bananas are golden brown.
  • Flip the banana slices, and drizzle the honey mixture over them.
  • Fry for an additional 1-2 minutes, ensuring the bananas are caramelized and the honey has formed a glaze.
  • Remove from heat and serve immediately.
