Materials

  • - 1 lb chicken breast cut into bite-sized pieces
  • - 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • - Salt and pepper to taste
  • - 1 lb cheese tortellini cooked according to package instructions
  • - 3/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • - 1 cup heavy cream
  • - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • - 1/4 cup green onions chopped
  • - 1/4 cup parsley chopped for garnish

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Season the chicken pieces with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until golden brown and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken and leave aside.
  • In the same pan, combine the buffalo sauce and heavy cream. Stir until combined and bring to a boil.
  • Combine the cooked tortellini and Parmesan cheese in the sauce. Stir until the cheese melts and the tortellini is uniformly covered.
  • Return the cooked chicken to the pan and stir thoroughly. Cook for a another 2-3 minutes, or until well heated.
  • Garnish with green onions and parsley.
