- - 1 lb chicken breast cut into bite-sized pieces
- - 1 tablespoon olive oil
- - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- - Salt and pepper to taste
- - 1 lb cheese tortellini cooked according to package instructions
- - 3/4 cup buffalo sauce
- - 1 cup heavy cream
- - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- - 1/4 cup green onions chopped
- - 1/4 cup parsley chopped for garnish
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Season the chicken pieces with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until golden brown and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken and leave aside.
In the same pan, combine the buffalo sauce and heavy cream. Stir until combined and bring to a boil.
Combine the cooked tortellini and Parmesan cheese in the sauce. Stir until the cheese melts and the tortellini is uniformly covered.
Return the cooked chicken to the pan and stir thoroughly. Cook for a another 2-3 minutes, or until well heated.
Garnish with green onions and parsley.
