Materials

  • - 7-8 egg roll wrappers
  • - 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • - 5 slices bacon chopped and cooked
  • - 2 jalapeños diced
  • - 1/4 tsp pepper
  • - 1/4 tsp salt
  • - 1 tsp garlic powder
  • - 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • - Oil for frying

Instructions

Prepare the Filling:

  • - In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, cooked bacon, diced jalapeños, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.

Assemble the Egg Rolls:

  • - Lay an egg roll wrapper flat with one corner facing you. Place a scoop of the filling in the center of the wrapper.
  • - Wet the outer edges of the wrapper with water.
  • - Fold the side corners inward over the filling, then roll the corner closest to you tightly, ensuring the egg roll is completely sealed. Repeat for the remaining wrappers and filling.

Fry the Egg Rolls:
