- 1 whole chicken 4-5 pounds fully defrosted
- 6 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon water
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a big ziplock bag or in a large dish and marinate overnight (or a minimum of 1 hour).
