Ingredients:
– 2 ribeye steaks, about 1 inch thick
– 4 large eggs
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 tablespoon butter
– Fresh herbs (such as rosemary and thyme) for garnish
Directions:
1. Let steaks rest at room temperature for about 30 minutes. Season both sides generously with salt and pepper.
2. Heat a grill or skillet over high heat. Add 1 tablespoon olive oil and sear steaks for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.
