Ingredients:
– 1 lb ground beef
– 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
– 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
– 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
– 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
– 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
– 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula, and cook until browned.
