Ingredients
– 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
– 1/4 cup milk
– 1 egg
– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

– 1 onion, finely chopped
– 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
– 2 cloves garlic, minced

Directions
1. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, Parmesan, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Form into meatballs.
2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add meatballs and cook until browned on all sides. Remove from pan and set aside.
3. In the same pan, add onion and mushrooms. Sauté until soft. Add garlic and cook for another minute.
4. Pour in beef broth and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer. Return meatballs to the pan and cook for 10 minutes or until sauce thickens.
5. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain.
