Ingredients:
– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– 1/4 cup honey
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 1 teaspoon black pepper
– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
– 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
– Salt to taste
– 1 tablespoon cornstarch
– 2 tablespoons water
– Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, olive oil, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and salt. Stir until well combined.
Put the chicken breasts in a big dish or ziplock bag. Pour marinade over chicken, making sure every piece is fully covered. Marinate at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Preheat a skillet to medium-high heat. Cook the marinated chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until well done and golden brown.
