This Healthy French Toast Recipe is the best! It’s easy to prepare, incredibly delicious, and fills your house with the aroma of a cinnamon candle. I used Ezekiel bread for my French toast, but you can use any bread of your choice.

INGREDIENTS
- bread of choice
- unsweetened almond milk
- egg
- cinnamon
- vanilla (I used vanilla powder, but you can use vanilla extract if you prefer)
- coconut sugar
- coconut oil
HOW TO MAKE A HEALTHY FRENCH TOAST
- In a bowl, whisk together almond milk, egg, cinnamon, vanilla and coconut sugar.
- Place coconut oil into a pan over medium heat.
- Dunk the slices of bread into the liquid mixture (one at a time). Make sure you flip the bread to coat both sides evenly. Then, place the slices of soaked bread into the hot pan. You should hear a sizzle when the bread hits the pan.
- Cook 2-3 minutes per side or until golden brown.
- Serve with toppings of choice!

- 2 tsp coconut oil
INSTRUCTIONS
- Whisk together almond milk, egg, cinnamon, vanilla, and coconut sugar in a bowl.
- Heat coconut oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Dip bread slices into the liquid mixture one at a time, ensuring both sides are coated evenly. Then, transfer the soaked bread slices into the hot pan. You should hear a sizzle when the bread touches the pan.
- Cook each side for 2-3 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
- Serve with your favorite toppings!
