Delicious hamburger “steaks” covered with sauce and onions. Serve over hot rice or potatoes for a simple meal classic. It’s an excellent way to spice up a pound of ground beef, and you probably already have all of the ingredients on hand!
INGREDIENTS
°1/2 cup rusk
°1 egg
°1/2 cup milk
°1 teaspoon salt
°1 teaspoon black pepper
°2 tsp dried onion
°1 tablespoon is better than beef broth
°2 medium onions
°2 cups mushroom
°4 cups beef broth
°1 tablespoon of cornstarch
DIRECTIONS
In bowl, adding ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, black pepper & salt, onion mix & Worcestershire sauce also blend well to they are about size patties.
In a large skillet, heat 1 teaspoon oil. Adding pancake to brown, for 5 min per side.
When brown, set apart, & adding onions & mushrooms and frying for another 3 minutes.
Then adding cornstarch with beef broth also then adding beef broth also beef broth to the saucepan, then add the pancakes again to cook for 45 to 50 minutes until reduced to the desired thickness.
