Tonight’s supper masterpiece is Garlic Herb Butter Steak! Seared perfectly and full of flavor. 
Ingredients:
– 2 sirloin steaks, about 1-inch thick
– Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
– 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, finely chopped
– 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
Directions:
1. Season the steaks with a sufficient amount of salt and pepper.
2. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Once heated, add the steaks and cook until medium-rare, about 4-5 minutes each side.
3. Remove the steaks from the pan and put them aside. In the same skillet, decrease the heat to low and add the butter and garlic. Cook for 1–2 minutes, or until the garlic is aromatic.
4. Add the rosemary, thyme, and parsley, and simmer for another minute.
5. Spread the garlic herb butter on the steaks. Allow the steaks to rest for a few minutes before serving.
