โ€ข 4 Slices of bread

โ€ข 2 Tbsp. Mayonnaise

โ€ข 2 Thick slices of tomato

โ€ข 2 Slices cheddar cheese

โ€ข Cooking spray

Instructions:

1. Layer Mayo on Bread:

โ€ข Spread 1 Tbsp of mayonnaise on two slices of bread.

2. Add Tomato Slices:

โ€ข Place a slice of tomato on top of the mayo-covered slices of bread.

3. Cheese Layer:

โ€ข Add a slice of cheddar cheese on top of the tomato slices.

4. Preheat Skillet:

โ€ข Heat a skillet over medium-high heat on the stove and generously spray with cooking spray.

5. Prepare Bologna:

โ€ข Slice an โ€œXโ€ through the center of each piece of bologna.

โ€ข Place bologna slices into the skillet.

6. Fry Bologna:

โ€ข Fry for 3-4 minutes per side until caramelized and slightly charred.

7. Assemble Sandwiches:

โ€ข Remove the cooked bologna from the skillet and place three slices on each sandwich.

8. Top and Serve:
