Grilling season is here, and what better way to celebrate than with these mouth-watering Barbequed Beef Ribs! Enjoy the smokey flavor with every mouthful!
Ingredients:
– 2 tablespoons brown sugar
– 1 tablespoon paprika
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
– Salt and black pepper to taste
– 1 cup BBQ sauce (homemade or store-bought)
– 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
Rub the spice mixture all over the meat ribs. Allow to marinate in the refrigerator for at least an hour, preferably overnight for the best results.
Preheat your grill to medium heat, or preheat your oven to 275°F (135°C) if you’re cooking indoors.
In a separate bowl, combine the barbecue sauce, apple cider vinegar, and olive oil.
Put the ribs on the grill or in the oven. Grill for approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, rotating periodically and basting with the BBQ sauce mixture every 30 minutes. If baking, wrap in foil and bake for 3 to 4 hours, basting with the sauce mixture every hour.
After cooking, allow the ribs to rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
