Ingredients:
– 2 lbs chicken wings, tips removed, drumettes and flats separated
– 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
– 2 tablespoons soy sauce
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tablespoon honey
– 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– Sesame seeds, for garnish
– Fresh cilantro, chopped, for garnish
Directions;
1. In a large bowl, combine sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, honey, grated ginger, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
2. Add chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat evenly in the marinade. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight in the fridge for best results.
3. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Brush the air fryer basket with olive oil.
4. Place the marinated wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until wings are crispy and fully cooked.
5. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped cilantro before serving.
