Ingredients
1 package Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix
1 tsp garlic
Crab:
1 pound lump crab meat, be sure it is fully cooked
¼ tsp paprika
½ tsp onion powder
½ + cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp mustard
½ sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
1 cup grated parmesan
Instructions
Make the biscuit mix according to the package directions, and leave aside.
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees, then coat two muffin pans with nonstick spray.
In a bowl, mix crab meat, paprika, onion powder, mustard, mayonnaise, and crumbled crackers.
Stir to mix well, adding extra mayonnaise as required.
Using a scoop, pour some biscuit mixture on your flour-dusted hand. Form a cup kind of biscuit.
Place a spoonful of crab mix in the bowl section of the biscuit.
Cover the biscuit with some additional biscuit dough.
Continue until you’ve used all of the dough.
Place each biscuit in a muffin tin.
Bake for 12–15 minutes.
Brush with a mixture of melted butter and 1 tsp of lemon juice
