Ingredients:
– 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 4 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 lemon, juiced and zested
– 1 teaspoon dried oregano
– 1 teaspoon dried basil
– 1 teaspoon dried thyme
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Directions
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, oregano, basil, thyme, salt, and pepper.
