Ingredients
– 1 cup diced onions
– 3/4 cup crushed Ritz crackers
– 1/2 cup milk
– 2 large eggs
– 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
– 1 cup ketchup
– 1/2 cup brown sugar
– 1 teaspoon mustard
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, onions, crushed crackers, milk, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and thyme until well combined.
3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
4. In a small bowl, whisk together ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard. Spread this glaze over the top of the meatloaf.
5. Bake for 1 hour, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and the glaze is caramelized.
6. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
