Bacon, Egg & Cheese Croissant

Start your morning with the best breakfast croissant! Crispy bacon, fluffy eggs, and melting cheese are wrapped in a butter croissant.

Ingredients:

– 4 large croissants, sliced in half

– 8 slices of bacon

– 4 eggs

– 1/4 cup milk

– Salt and pepper to taste

– 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

– Butter for frying

Directions:

1. Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside on paper towels to drain.

2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.

3. Heat a little butter in the same skillet over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture, stirring gently until the eggs are fluffy and cooked through.

4. Open the croissants and lay them cut-side up on a baking sheet. Distribute the cooked eggs evenly among the croissants, add two slices of bacon per croissant, and sprinkle with shredded cheese.

5. Place under the broiler for 1-2 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

6. Serve immediately with your favorite hot sauce or ketchup, if desired.
