– 1 onion, chopped
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 pound ground beef
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1 cup rice, uncooked
– 2 cups beef broth
– 1 (14 oz) can diced tomatoes
– 1 tablespoon tomato paste
– 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
– 4 cups cabbage, chopped
– 1/4 cup parsley, chopped for garnish
Directions:
