– 1 onion, chopped

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 pound ground beef

– 1 teaspoon paprika

– Salt and pepper to taste

– 1 cup rice, uncooked

– 2 cups beef broth

– 1 (14 oz) can diced tomatoes

– 1 tablespoon tomato paste

– 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

– 4 cups cabbage, chopped

– 1/4 cup parsley, chopped for garnish

Directions:

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sautรฉing until softened, about 2-3 minutes.

Increase heat to medium-high and add ground beef, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook, breaking apart with a spoon, until browned.

Add the chopped cabbage on top of the mixture, cover, and let simmer for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cabbage is tender and the rice is cooked through.
