**Ingredients:**
– 1 lb (450g) flank steak, thinly sliced against the grain
– 2 tablespoons soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon cornstarch
– 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided
– 1 green bell pepper, sliced
– 1 red bell pepper, sliced
– 1 onion, sliced
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
– 1/4 cup beef broth
– 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
– 1 tablespoon soy sauce
– 1 teaspoon sugar
– Salt and pepper to taste
**Directions:**
1. In a bowl, mix the flank steak with 2 tablespoons soy sauce and cornstarch. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
2. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add the beef in a single layer and sear until browned, about 1-2 minutes per side. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
